Responsibilities
- Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience
- Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for service appointments
- Excellent phone skills
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments for clients
- Managing and maintaining appointment calendars, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling
- Coordinating loaner vehicles for customers
- Assisting in preparing documents for loaners
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Helping guests with paperwork and inspection of loaner vehicles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Presentation skills to share information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to interpret and follow instructions shared in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- Bi-lingual (English / Spanish)
