Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Promptly handle and respond to all incoming internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and chat inquiries for Sales.
  • Appointment Setting: Execute persuasive follow-up strategies to convert leads into confirmed showroom or service appointments.
  • Customer Communication: Conduct professional, friendly, and informative outbound calls (prospecting, follow-up, and CSI calls) to previous, current, and prospective customers.
  • CRM Expertise: Accurately log all customer contact, notes, and activity in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of all new Volkswagen models, features, pricing, and current promotions/incentives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure a seamless and world-class customer experience from the first contact to the final sale.
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) for calls, contacts, and appointments set.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a BDC, call center, customer service, or high-volume sales environment (Automotive experience is a significant plus).
  • Communication Powerhouse: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, energetic, and professional phone presence.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including experience with a CRM system and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Drive for Success: A self-motivated, results-oriented, and competitive mindset with a desire to achieve top-tier income.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven, team environment.
  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver's license.
