About the role
Are you an experienced Business Development Manager ready to drive growth and customer engagement for a thriving, high-volume foreign car dealership? We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to lead our BDC team to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement, appointments, and sales.
- Manage and train a team of BDC representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Be consistently available to support, guide, and manage the team to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure seamless lead-handling processes.
- Maintain high standards of communication across phone, email, text, and video channels.
- Leverage video technology as a key tool to engage leads, explain processes, and enhance the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in automotive BDC management or similar leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and dealership processes.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement solutions.
- Passion for customer service and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Must be comfortable using video as part of the customer communication and sales process.
- Must be fully committed to being accessible and hands-on in managing the team daily.
