BDC Internet Sales Supervisor PA NJ

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Call Center Supervisor to join our fast-paced team at Lehigh Valley Acura Honda Hyundai Suzuki and Lehigh Valley Certified Used Cars, located approximately one hour north of Philadelphia and 75 minutes west of New York City.

This role involves supervising, training, and motivating a staff of 5 to 7 call center agents who handle incoming and outgoing internet and telephone sales and service leads. The department is also responsible for following up on all sales and service customers to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of 5 to 7 call center agents.
• Oversee handling of incoming and outgoing internet and telephone sales and service leads.
• Ensure follow-up on all sales and service customers to guarantee satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience working and supervising others in a call center environment or other marketing entity.
• Above-average telephone communication and computer skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Qualifications

• Retail automotive business experience is preferred but not required.
