BDC Appointment Coordinator | Hourly - South Tacoma Honda

South Tacoma Honda is looking for a Service Customer Service Representative to help deliver an exceptional experience to our service customers from their first phone call through their service appointment. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping schedule service appointments, answer questions, and ensure every customer receives professional, friendly communication. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding maintenance reminders, declined services, missed appointments, and follow-up communication
• Respond to customer leads through phone, text, email, and online inquiries
• Accurately document customer interactions in dealership software systems
• Work closely with service advisors and service management to maximize appointment show rates
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service with every interaction
• Follow established call, text, and email processes
• Assist with service retention and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and appointment information

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional and customer‑focused demeanor
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays
