BDC Administrator

About the role

The appointment setter (or BDC Admin) at Hill Country Honda is responsible for utilizing selling abilities, computer skills, courteous phone manners, and a positive attitude to secure clients for sales appointments.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule sales appointments.
• Contact internet customers via email, phone, and text to schedule sales appointments.
• Follow up with the sales department to ensure appointments were kept and to assess outcomes.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.
• Experience in phone sales, business development, customer service is highly preferable.
• Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude towards all potential clients/customers.
• Show first-class verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Be organized, multi-tasks, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Be computer literate and proficient in typing.

Pay
