About the Role

Join Proud Moments ABA, the industry leader in behavioral health, as a salaried BCBA working 15 billable hours per week. This role combines the flexibility of part-time work with the stability of a salaried position, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional clinical care without administrative burdens. You’ll provide home-based ABA services for children on the autism spectrum (birth to age 21) using innovative treatment techniques.

Minimum 15 billable hours per week required, with no more than 5 hours via telehealth. Must have availability between 3–7 p.m., 4–5 days per week (Monday–Friday).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted ABA interventions to improve the lives of children with autism.
  • Support clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills.
  • Provide caring guidance to families during conversations about assessment results and treatment recommendations.
  • Advocate for clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns.
  • Supervise, train, and orient behavioral technicians to ensure continuity of care.
  • Engage in physical activities during sessions, including standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and keeping pace with children aged 2–15.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA license (state-dependent) or eligibility to sit for the exam within the next 3 months (students welcome).
  • Demonstrated experience implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders.
  • Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
  • Strong clinical competence, judgment, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule
