About the role

Toppers Pizza is hiring a Day Shift Customer Service Representative (Insider) to help prepare the store for daily operations and provide excellent customer service.

Schedule

• Wednesday–Sunday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Approximately 30 hours per week

Pay

Starting at $14.50/hour with an active ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily food prep
• Make fresh dough each day
• Answer phones and assist customers
• Help prepare and coordinate large orders
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work as part of a fast-paced team
• Prepare delicious food for customers
• Take orders in person and over the phone
• Prep dough, pizza sauce, and fresh veggie toppings
• Stock ingredients in work stations and walk-in cooler
• Clean equipment and the store

Requirements

• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• ServSafe Certification preferred (higher starting pay available)
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required
