Travel Nurse RN - Float - $3,030 per week

This Medical Surgical Float Position is located in Johnson City, New York. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care within a fast-paced acute care environment, supporting patient safety and comfort across various units. The RN will be responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, adhering to all regulatory standards, and participating in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts every third weekend, with the potential for blocked scheduling depending on current needs.
• Minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Nursing (RN) experience of six (6) months to three (3) years.
• Management experience of zero (0) to three (3) years.
• Five plus (5+) years of direct experience.
• Collaboration, communication (verbal & written), judgment/critical thinking, organizational understanding, planning (organizing, time management), problem solving, quality, reliability, safety, and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current NYS RN License;
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association, HSI, or American Red Cross).

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
