About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA Candidate to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chicago Area.
Responsibilities
- Supporting our BCBAs behavior intervention plans
- Serving as a resource to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Providing training and support to families
Qualifications
- Masters degree, 1500-2000 hours of fieldwork
- Strong skills in collaboration, team supervision, and training, particularly with RBTs
- Exceptional communication skills to build trust with families and promote understanding of treatment plans
- Ability to track progress, adapt interventions as necessary, and maintain detailed, organized documentation
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental challenges is highly preferred
- Careful and patient nature with a deep commitment to improving children's lives
