BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst): Hybrid

About the role

Our organization is seeking a BCBA to join our team on a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on functional behavioral assessments
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
• Train staff and families on behavior analytic techniques
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans

Requirements

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of functional behavior assessment and behavior analytic techniques

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
