BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst): Hybrid

About the role

Our organization is seeking a BCBA to provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work both remotely and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on functional behavioral assessments.
• Provide direct supervision and training to staff members providing behavioral support services.
• Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Document progress and outcomes in client records.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of functional behavior assessment and behavior intervention techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
