About the role
Our organization is seeking a BCBA to provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work both remotely and on-site.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on functional behavioral assessments.
- Provide direct supervision and training to staff members providing behavioral support services.
- Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Document progress and outcomes in client records.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of functional behavior assessment and behavior intervention techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
