About the Role

Cole Health is hiring a full-time BCBA for our San Marcos area ABA clinic. This role offers a strong clinical support structure, ethical caseload expectations, hybrid flexibility after ramp-up, and total earning potential up to $105K with bonus.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children with autism
  • Knowledge of ABA therapy techniques and tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families
