Cole Health is hiring a full-time BCBA for our Schertz - area ABA clinic. This role offers a strong clinical support structure, ethical caseload expectations, hybrid flexibility after ramp-up, and total earning potential up to $105K with bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Work from home and on-site with a schedule that respects your time.
  • Stay below BACB recommendations so you can focus on quality, not numbers.
  • Work alongside Speech, OT, and PT professionals in a true team setting.
  • Build confidence, develop efficiency, and increase earning potential as you grow within the role.
  • Ensure ethical, quality care and clinician support in every treatment room.

Schedule

Hybrid flexibility available after ramp-up/clinical readiness; typically up to 2 WFH days depending on center coverage and performance expectations.

Pay

$85,000–$95,000 annually
