Responsibilities
As a BCBA at LAC, you’ll design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy as we aim to set each individual up for the most success. We use a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care to support the people we serve. Requirements
- Master’s degree encompassing behavior analytic content
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Pay
Up to $115,000 per year plus quarterly bonus
