Job Summary
Cole Health is hiring a full-time BCBA for our Frisco-area ABA clinic. This role offers a strong clinical support structure, ethical caseload expectations, hybrid flexibility after ramp-up, and total earning potential up to $105K with bonus.
About the Role
This position provides therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. The role includes working closely with a team of therapists, including RBTs, to provide comprehensive ABA services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide therapy sessions to clients in accordance with treatment plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to ensure consistent and effective care
- Train and supervise RBTs as needed
- Participate in regular meetings and trainings to stay updated on best practices and new techniques
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and Central Reach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
