Job Summary

Cole Health is hiring a full-time BCBA for our Frisco-area ABA clinic. This role offers a strong clinical support structure, ethical caseload expectations, hybrid flexibility after ramp-up, and total earning potential up to $105K with bonus.

About the Role

This position provides therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. The role includes working closely with a team of therapists, including RBTs, to provide comprehensive ABA services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Provide therapy sessions to clients in accordance with treatment plans
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to ensure consistent and effective care
  • Train and supervise RBTs as needed
  • Participate in regular meetings and trainings to stay updated on best practices and new techniques

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and Central Reach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

$85,000–$95,000 base salary + up to $10,000 in performance incentives

Schedule

Hybrid flexibility after ramp-up; typically up to 2 WFH days depending on center coverage and performance expectations
