Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients while collaborating with families and other professionals.

About the role

The BCBA will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of client behaviors and needs
  • Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Providing direct support to clients through behavior intervention strategies
  • Collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective care
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to supervising staff

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • A BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
