BCBA- Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the role

Provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Implement evidence-based interventions and collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional behavior assessments
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform intervention strategies
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and therapists to ensure consistency across settings
• Train and supervise paraprofessionals and support staff
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Current BACB certification
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques
• Experience with positive behavioral supports

Pay

• Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
