What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality ABA services
- Manageable caseload of up to 10 clients
- Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
- Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
- Conduct assessments, write ITPs, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality
- Maintain ethical documentation and comply with BACB and state guidelines
What You’ll Need:
- Active BCBA certification from BACB
- State licensure where required
- ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment
Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range:
$85,000 - $100,000 USD
