Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop person-centered Behavior Support Plans.
- Train and coach DSPs, QIDPs, and residential staff on plan implementation and data collection.
- Maintain behavioral data, adjust interventions, and ensure treatment fidelity.
- Participate in team meetings, annual staffing reviews, and Human Rights Committee reviews.
- Collaborate with nursing, QIDPs, guardians, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Prepare quarterly progress reports for required committee review.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Active BCBA certification required.
- Experience with adults with IDD (residential or community-based preferred).
- Strong assessment, data-analysis, and staff training skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to CILA homes.
