About the role
Provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Implement evidence-based interventions to improve social skills, communication, and daily living skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional assessments
- Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to inform intervention strategies
- Train and supervise paraprofessionals and family members in implementing treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make recommendations for changes
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with data collection and analysis

Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
