About the role

Provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Support families and caregivers in implementing evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments
  • Train and supervise paraprofessionals and family members
  • Evaluate progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or closely related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD and/or other developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
