About the role

The Clinical Staff – Georgia BCBA position offers a hybrid work schedule combining both in-person and remote work options. This role is based in multiple locations across Georgia and North Carolina.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for clients
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to inform interventions
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Document progress and outcomes in client records
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for in-person work)

  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with special needs

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with data collection and analysis software
