About the Role

ABS Kids is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a company founded and led by BCBAs, where your expertise is respected and your career can thrive. Pay

$102,000–$105,000 guaranteed first-year compensation, plus an uncapped monthly bonus plan for higher earning potential. Signing bonus and paid relocation are available.

Schedule

  • Manageable caseloads (10–12 clients per BCBA)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services to children with autism and their families
  • Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals in a supportive, BCBA-led environment
  • Participate in sensory-friendly community events, Special Olympics, and local partnerships
  • Contribute to a mission-driven organization where your input shapes programs and practices
  • Supervise and mentor future BCBAs (if desired)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress; new graduates welcome)
  • Passion for helping children with autism and their families thrive
