About the Role

ABS Kids is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a company founded and led by BCBAs, where your expertise is respected and your career can thrive. Pay

$93,500–$97,000 first-year guaranteed compensation with uncapped monthly bonus potential. Signing bonus and paid relocation are available.

Schedule

  • Option to work from home 1 day per week (if center-based)
  • Four 10-hour day schedule option
  • Most BCBAs finish their day between 5:00–5:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services to children with autism and their families
  • Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals in a supportive, BCBA-led environment
  • Participate in sensory-friendly community events, Special Olympics, and local partnerships
  • Contribute to a mission-driven organization where your input shapes programs and practices
  • Supervise and mentor future BCBAs (if desired)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress; new graduates welcome)
  • Passion for helping children with autism and their families thrive
