About the role
ABS Kids is seeking a BCBA to deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services with flexibility, competitive compensation, and a supportive environment founded and led by BCBAs.
Pay
$82,500 - $94,500 per year total earning potential, including base salary ($82,500) and an uncapped monthly bonus plan. Signing bonus and paid relocation are also available.

Schedule
No weekends required. Manageable caseloads of 8-10 clients per BCBA.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services to children with autism and their families
- Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals in a supportive, BCBA-led environment
- Participate in sensory-friendly community events, Special Olympics, and local partnerships
- Contribute to shaping programs and practices through transparent communication and input
- Supervise and mentor future BCBAs (if desired)
Requirements
- Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress; new graduates welcome)
