About the Role

ABS Kids is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services with flexibility and strong support. Pay

$102,000–$105,000 guaranteed first-year compensation, plus an uncapped monthly bonus plan for higher earning potential. Signing bonus and paid relocation are available.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services to children with autism and their families
  • Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals in a supportive, BCBA-led environment
  • Participate in sensory-friendly community events, Special Olympics, and local partnerships
  • Contribute to program development and shape organizational practices through your input
  • Supervise and mentor future BCBAs (if desired)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress – new graduates welcome)
  • Passion for helping children with autism and their families thrive
