About the role
At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient-centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role, you are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.
Schedule
Full-time position with benefits eligibility. Saturday and Sunday, two 12-hour shifts per week. Work 24 hours, paid for 30 hours.
Pay
Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors, ranging from $48 to $57 per hour. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
- Develop and follow individualized care plans
- Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of WA
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment screenings
