About the role

Registered Nurse (RN) positions are available at Cascade Manor, a not-for-profit Life Plan Community in Eugene, Oregon. These roles offer flexible shifts, including part-time positions from 2pm-10pm, rotating weekends, and alternating days with Mondays and Tuesdays, and Thursdays and Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and competent nursing care to residents.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current California State RN license.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Pay

The pay range is $47.00-$59.54 per hour, with a potential for higher earnings based on performance and qualifications.

Schedule

Shifts are from 2pm-10pm, rotating weekends, and alternating days with Mondays and Tuesdays, and Thursdays and Fridays.
