Bay Area – Corporate M&A Associate (Mid-Level/Senior)

About the role

We are searching for a mid-level/senior associate to join our Corporate M&A group in our New York, Bay Area or LA office. We will consider strong candidates with mixed M&A and general transactional experience who are looking to transition to full-time M&A practice. Candidates can expect to collaborate with the general corporate group in a team oriented environment.

Requirements

• JD 2020-2023
• Previous large law firm experience required
• Candidates must be admitted or eligible to waive into the State Bar of New York or California
• Eagerness to work with emerging growth companies and funds
• Demonstrated experience in M&A and/or private equity transactions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are highly valued

Pay

Salary Range: $260,000 - $390,000
