Barista - Latte Art Skill Preferred

Little Hen is an English-inspired breakfast and brunch boutique known for its high-quality ingredients and fresh, globally inspired dishes. We seek a skilled Barista to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based drinks and house-made syrups and garnishes for cocktails
• Manage multiple orders simultaneously
• Serve drinks quickly and efficiently
• Follow all safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices
• Work various shifts including mornings, weekends, and some holidays

Requirements and duties

• High School diploma or GED
• Knowledge in barista latte art
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Able to stand for long periods and bend/reach over head
• Prompt attendance

Qualifications

• Guest services experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
