About the role

Assist the Bartender by keeping wells stocked with ice, keeping the bar area clean and well stocked, and ensuring all bottled products, mixers, garnishes, and glassware are available.

Responsibilities

• Clean the bar, all glassware, and service areas.
• Change kegs and empty trash regularly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and/or the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Card and Alcohol Training certificate upon hire.
• Previous experience assisting bartenders or providing cocktail service is a plus.
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
