Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders with preparing beverages, mixes, garnishes, and bar setups
- Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar area
- Stock and replenish alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, glassware, garnishes, ice, and supplies
- Properly label, organize, and store products according to company and safety standards
- Clean and polish glassware, equipment, tools, and workstations
- Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment
- Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to inquiries and anticipating guest needs
- Support bartenders and teammates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Resolve guest concerns within scope of authority and escalate issues when necessary
- Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and responsible beverage service guidelines
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Previous bartending experience (preferred)

Pay
The rate for this role is $18.38 per hour. This rate represents a good faith estimate and will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Overtime pay is provided in accordance with state requirements. Employees are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans, with specific offerings varying by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
