Bartender TAP Sports Bar - MGM National Harbor

About the role

As a bartender, you’re the energy behind the bar. You’ll craft exceptional drinks, connect with guests through warm hospitality, and help create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. With a sharp eye for detail, you’ll keep the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked — ensuring every shift runs smoothly and memorably.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer request and standard recipes.
• Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations. Handle payments, manage tabs, and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock levels of beverages, mixers, and supplies.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Previous bartending experience preferred.

Pay

The rate for this role is $16.34 per hour. This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
