The Job
Join our dynamic team as a Bartender at the coolest sports bar in the city. Your deep knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, and beverages will elevate the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes and provide food service as needed
- Clean equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order; including, cleanliness, sanitation and appearance of the bar
- Knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available
- Ring poured or served beverages, collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork
- Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar
- Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

Pay
Starting Pay: $9.50 per hour plus tips
The estimated annual tips this role could reasonably be anticipated to receive is: $0 - $16,400
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
