The Bar Manager at The Chase Rooftop Bar, Moxy Cincinnati Downtown, leads a vibrant and energetic team to deliver a high-energy, guest-focused experience that reflects both Moxy’s playful spirit and the elevated ambiance of The Chase. This position oversees all aspects of rooftop bar operations — from staff supervision and inventory control to guest engagement and event support — ensuring that every cocktail, conversation, and sunset moment exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a dynamic team to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
• Engage guests through attentive service and personalized recommendations
• Support events and special occasions, coordinating with internal teams and vendors
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and Moxy standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, including cocktail preparation and service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid Ohio bartender license
