Banquets & Events

Our Banquets & Events team supports private events, weddings, corporate gatherings, and signature Boathouse occasions. Team members help deliver an organized, welcoming experience before, during, and after each event.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, service, guest needs, breakdown, and reset.
• Work with event leaders and teammates to follow the event plan and timing.
• Communicate professionally with guests, vendors, and restaurant team members.
• Help keep event spaces, service areas, equipment, and supplies organized.
• Follow hospitality, safety, sanitation, and venue procedures.

Requirements

• A polished, guest-focused approach and clear communication are essential.
• Hospitality, catering, restaurant, or event experience is helpful.
• Ability to adapt to changing event needs and work well as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and event schedules.

Physical Requirements

This role includes standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving event supplies. Some shifts may require working indoors, outdoors, on the waterfront, or in changing weather.
