What does the ROLE entail?

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel China, silverware, and cookware.

Assists stewarding manager & supervisor with keeping an organized accurate inventory throughout the hotel areas.

Ensure food replenishment is handled in a timely manner.

Able to work within a team oriented environment.

Fast-paced environment that requires moderate amounts of walking and continuous standing.

Timely and accurate delivery of China, silverware, cookware and food for event functions within the hotel.

EXPERIENCE

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous hotel experience in Food & beverage, banquet or stewarding setting highly preferred.
• Ability to lift and push a moderate amount of weight.
• Able to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Takes pride in a job well done.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings (3pm-12am), weekends, and potential holidays.
