Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the Stewarding Department and ensuring seamless delivery of food to banquet areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Banquet Kitchen and dish room to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Stewarding Manager to execute flawless banquet operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hot/cold food preparation and 2 years in a supervisory role required.
• Must hold an Arizona Food Service Worker card and possess a clean driver's license.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment with precision and skill.
• Demonstrate leadership by supervising personnel effectively.
• Possess strong communication skills and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
