Responsibilities

• Lead the stewarding team to ensure flawless banquet execution
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness in the banquet kitchen to meet and exceed resort standards
• Collaborate with the Banquet Chef to deliver exceptional service for all events
• Uphold health, fire, and safety regulations to guarantee a secure environment

Requirements

• Prior experience in hot/cold food preparation and kitchen equipment maintenance
• Demonstrated proficiency as a Stewarding Supervisor for a minimum of 2 years
• AZ Food Service Worker card and a valid driver’s license required
