Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest receives personalized and attentive service, enhancing their overall experience.
• Collaborate with team members to set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, ensuring a seamless presentation.
• Promptly address guest inquiries and requests, demonstrating a proactive approach to service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, contributing to a welcoming environment.
• Assist in the breakdown and cleanup of banquet spaces, ensuring a smooth transition between events.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, prioritizing the well-being of guests and colleagues alike.
