Banquet Servers (Part-time)

About the Role

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and friendly Part-Time Banquet Servers to help create unforgettable experiences for guests at weddings, celebrations, corporate events, and special occasions.

Responsibilities

• Preparing banquet rooms according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
• Setting elegant tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware
• Serving food and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail
• Answering guest questions and providing exceptional customer service
• Keeping service stations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout events
• Assisting with event breakdown and post-function cleanup
• Working closely with your team to ensure every event runs smoothly

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus—but we're happy to train motivated individuals with a great attitude
