What We’re Looking For
A warm, attentive Banquet Server who thrives in dynamic event settings and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll be part of a team that transforms gatherings into memorable moments—whether it’s a wedding, conference, or celebration.
Qualifications
- Two to four years’ experience in a mid-high volume banquet operation within an up-scale, hotel or convention center banquet operation, preferred
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift/pull/push 35 plus pounds regularly throughout the shift
- TIPS (or Local/State alcohol training equivalent) Certification required or ability to obtain
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
Wage and Benefits
Your wage for this position is $7.55. In addition to your direct wages for each hour worked, Loews Hotels & Co will also distribute to you, as additional compensation, a portion of the service charge included in the bill of your guests.
