Banquet & Catering Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Assist in set-up procedures to ensure room design is executed correctly
• Maintain a timeline of events to ensure seamless service
• Ensure cleanliness of space and all equipment is in working condition
• Collaborate on buffet set-up, drink stations, and snack tables for each event as needed
• Organize work area and storage area
• Provide a high level of professional customer service at all times
• Provide set-up, service, and tear-down of each scheduled event
• Respond promptly and courteously to requests
• Carry a full tray of 6-8 plates with food on them
• Carry trays with multiple drinks on them
• Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests
• Coordinate with Banquet Captains and Food and Beverage Leadership to execute successful banquets onsite at the hotel
