About the role
Mid-sized law firm seeking a high-performing bankruptcy and restructuring associate for the well-established Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities
- Handle in-court and out-of-court restructurings
- Represent debtors (in and out of court) and creditors’ committees
- Conduct sophisticated legal research and writing
- Manage demanding caseloads with strong analytical and communication skills
Requirements
- 2–4 years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience in a law firm setting
- Active admission to the California Bar
- Strong academic credentials and legal writing skills
- Demonstrated work ethic and ability to handle complex matters
Debtor (in and out of court) and creditors’ committee representation experience strongly preferred.

$195,000 - $215,000 per year
