Bankruptcy Attorney

About the Role

Our client is seeking an Attorney with 3+ years of experience in Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Transactional Law, and active New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar admission to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategy.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, pleadings, memoranda, and legal correspondence.
• Advise clients on legal matters and develop effective legal strategies.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as needed.
• Maintain organized case files, ensure compliance, and collaborate across practice areas.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar admission in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
• 3+ years of experience in Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Transactional Law.
• Strong legal research skills using LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Excellent legal writing, drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
