About the role

We are an established law firm with a respected bankruptcy and restructuring practice serving corporate debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in complex Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructuring matters. Our team handles sophisticated, multi-party matters across a range of industries, and we are growing our Dallas bankruptcy bench to keep pace with an active caseload.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of bankruptcy experience (debtor, creditor, trustee, or mixed)
• Experience drafting core pleadings (motions, objections, plans, disclosure statements) and supporting hearings
• Familiarity with restructuring support agreements, DIP financing, or asset sales is a plus
• Strong analytical writing and client communication skills
• Texas bar (or eligibility/intent to obtain)

Pay

$150,000 - $180,000 per year
