We are seeking a 5+ years experienced Bankruptcy Paralegal to join the team and support creditors through all stages of bankruptcy proceedings, including case preparation, filings, document management, and client communication. Roles & Responsibilities Support attorneys with bankruptcy petitions, schedules, statements of financial affairs, reorganization plans, motions, notices, and related filings.Manage electronic and physical case files, deadlines, calendars, court orders, pleadings, correspondence, and case documentation.Review financial records, contracts, agreements, balance sheets, and income statements to identify assets, liabilities, claims, and financial issues.Communicate with clients, creditors, attorneys, and other parties; coordinate meetings, calls, document exchanges, and case updates.Prepare correspondence, pleadings, motions, reports, exhibits, and hearing materials; assist with hearings, trials, and meetings of creditors and attend proceedings as needed. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Bankruptcy Paralegal within a bankruptcy practice.Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent education and experience; paralegal certification highly preferred.Broad knowledge of bankruptcy procedures, with experience supporting creditor matters.Proficiency with bankruptcy software and tools such as CLS and PACER, along with Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organization, communication, client service, time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask, work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively under pressure.
