Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Banking Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and engaging presence with customers
• Discreet and professional with confidential information
• Provide customers with knowledge about banking products
• Assist with cash handling and processing financial transactions
• Keep accurate records and transaction documentation
• Refer appropriate banking services to customers
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2 years of cash handling experience required
• 2 years of customer service, referrals, and sales experience required
• Retail or branch banking experience in operations and sales preferred
• Extensive knowledge of banking and financial products and services preferred
• Must be digitally savvy and confident using digital banking technology
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential matters judiciously and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience; or high school diploma with 2 years of experience in a sales and service environment required

Pay

$24.50 to $28.50/hour plus sales incentives

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm and rotational Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:30pm
