Responsible for leading a banking center's sales, operations, profitability, and regulatory compliance while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Coach and manage the team, promote a positive work culture, and represent the organization within the community.
• Sales & Business Development: Implement sales strategies, foster client relationships, and pursue market growth through proactive outreach.
• Client Experience: Deliver high‑quality service and promptly resolve client issues.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, develop, and motivate staff; conduct performance evaluations and foster teamwork.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and internal controls; implement risk mitigation practices.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, monitor metrics, control expenses, and partner with operational teams for improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform essential duties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Background credit check required.
• No specific licenses required, but compliance with relevant regulations is necessary.
